  1. Nice You had great shoes to fill: Mr. Gadd on the original
  2. Hey guys! It's been awhile since I posted a video so here it is. It's a chilled one, and I kept it very basic. Let me know your thoughts
  3. Here's a cool treat. My good friend and long collaborator George Marios, worked on a series of covers and he asked me to play drums on these tracks. This is the first track: his version of "Radioactive" by Imagine Dragons. George's arrangement is pretty sick. His usual use of syncopated stabs and odd-time signatures, puts a smile on my face It's fun to play and it was even more fun to create the drum track for the song. ENJOY!!! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zkd-DmDZkBE
  4. Hey guys!! Here's Periscope from the Vic Firth's Play-alongs, once again. A mixture of Electronics and funk and whatever else... XD Hope you enjoy and don't forget to hit that like and subscribe to my channel for more videos. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SQ2QhL2LXPU
  5. Everybody knows the riff from "Chameleon". Herbie Hancock Docet! But this version... So groovy and chilled... I had to play it! Harvey Mason nails the arrangement on this track (check his drumming out). This is my version of it... Hope you enjoy! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qbATHexpsP4
  6. It's ROCK time!!! My last rock tune was with Gregg Bissonette's "Submarine" and I had a blast! Round 2: Carmine Appice! What can I say? The man is a legend in the 70's rock scene. I say, Vanilla Fudge? The man played with Jeff Beck himself! Anyway, Stash! Feedback are appreciated Peace out fellow drummers!!
  7. Another great track from Zoro! I tried to keep it simple but then I decided to go for a crazy fill at one point XD I don't know how well it fits but I enjoyed this track! Hit that like button if you enjoyed the video and subscribe to my channel to be updated on all my BACKING TRAX SESSIONS! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J_qfuON695U
  8. Cool poppy tune with funk and rock influences. Fun to play. Check the original out by Rhett Frazier in the Vic Firth Play-Along section. Hit that like button if you enjoyed the video and support my channel by subscribing to it. Cheers guys! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VZGSY_J3Cec
  9. "THE FUNK MONK"... The Funkiest/80iest backing track ever. Enjoy this take on one of the many Vic Firth's play-along list. Originally performed by Zoro. Enjoy! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DZvXRLq-k9Y
  10. Cheers man I appreciate it
  11. Finally I decided to go with a heavier backing track. I met Gregg Bisonette on a couple of occasions (he came to teach a couple of masterclasses where I use to study), and he's just great. So patient, kind and humble. Everything you would expect from a legend, right? This track stuck in my head since the day he played it at our school. This is my version of it. Hope you enjoy!https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YvNubCqtdxY
  12. "Code Funk" - Dave Garibaldi - Francesco Azzariti

    Cheers man
  13. Hey guys! I was practising Garibaldi's king kong concept and all of his combinations with ghost-notes. What a legend! Everything's groovier with the king kong beat. Anyway, after practising for awhile I still had some funk in me, so I put the camera on and went for a Tower of Power tune. I'm using a YAMAHA DTXtreme III (awesome kit). Enjoy and if you like, share it
