Usually when im drunk, i think the best skin is my own. Streaking can get cold though. Haha. Obviously a wee typo there.

I cant decide what my favourite is, toms i have coated ambasadors although sometimes i miss the punch of the 2 ply clear heads. I think its all personal preference really.

Depends on the drum and the sound I'm going for at the time.

I like Evans heads! There's an Evans head for just about every taste. Very innovative company!

P.S. Don't listen to whatever machinegunbassdrums has to say about drum heads ;) :P

my own personal choice is aquarian, they have everything im looking for in a drumhead...durability, tunability, tone, feel, response...everything :)

right now im rocking coated super 2 tom heads over classic clear tom resonants, a texture coated with power dot snare batter over a hi-performance snare resonant, and a super kick 1 with super-thin kick pad bass drum batter over a white ported regulator resonant head.

best thing i'd say is have a look around on youtube and see what drumheads sound good to you :)
