Green Day's got a few hits that are pretty simple:
Are We The Waiting
Boulevard Of Broken Dreams
21 Guns
Know Your Enemy
Most of The Eagles tunes are fairly simple too:

as is ZZ Top (I think anyway):
ZZ Top's DrumScore Page
And as mentioned before, AC/DC songs are waaaaayyyyy easy. Their drummer is probably one of the worst drummers in rock ever XD but hey, it's a great start for beginners, and although I'm not a fan of them myself, their songs do have punch!

I've also got a few pretty easy songs ("Name" by Goo Goo Dolls, "Monsoon" by Tokio Hotel) on my sheet music thread. You can find the link in my signature.
