Hi
I'm a newbie in need of advice!
I have a sit-on cajon but I've developed a back problem that's stopping me from playing it properly, and need to be able to play in a standing position. I've seen laptop cajons, but I've not managed to find any kind of stand that I could mount one on to play while standing up. Does anyone know of such a thing?
Failing this, is there anything else that will give me both bass and snare sounds, like a cajon does, but that I can playing standing up? I know bongo and/or conga drums come in pairs, but I've not seen any where one of the drums has a snare.
Cheers,
Polly.

You could get a cocktail table.
Something like this.. You could class it up a little. But those are generally about mid section height.

I play the cajon alot, and sometimes I can get a sore back tooYou should check out the Cuban cajons at Kopf Percussionhttp://www.kopfpercussion.com. They are played just like a djembe. I have one and when I ordered it I was talking with them about getting a Cuban Tumba and the guy asked me if I wanted to have a snare installed in it. I am thinking of calling them back and get one.
