Well, you've got that beat down pretty well. Which is good.
There were a few timing issues there at the end.

As it's pretty much 3:10 of the same beat it's hard to give you anything to work on.

For what I can see you're going the right direction anyway. Just loosen up a bit and enjoy it :)

People (and students) ask me all the time what I do to practice...and what I recommend.

I work on the following the most...every day for at least 5-10 minutes...in addition to any groove, piece, song or rudiment that I may be learning.

SINGLES (with a metronome)
DOUBLES (with a metronome)
PARADIDDILES (freestyle around the kit)
PARADIDDLE-DIDDLES (freestyle around the kit)
5-STROKE ROLLS (with a metronome)

I also select a beat - (anything) and work it to a metronome each day.

Of course I practice other things....but for me - I feel keeping the above LIST sharp keeps my live playing clean and precise.

You sound good! To improve, continue learning new songs and drum beats. With each new thing you learn, you're that much better. Also, make sure you're practicing with a metronome so that you are developing good timing.

I also recommend, like YT mentioned above, practicing the rudiments. You want a good sounding roll and overall snare technique. Very important!

Anyone else?

Thanks for all the response guys, the video isn't very well synced with the audio but I know I'm still out of time, especially at the end. Looks like I'll be buying a metronome soon, thanks again :)

In addition, I would suggest to work on dynamics. And concentrate on your doubles and any other rolls that feature doubles.

Keep grooving with a metronome!
