I was thinking about building some octobans, and I was wondering, what are some hoops and lugs that I should use?

If using double bass is cheating, then so is using 2 sticks.

I think they are 6" in diameter, but please get someone else to verify that. Get some DW Tru Tone hoops, if they make 'me that small. They rule...great tone and nice an chunky too.
