I'm in a band and we've just recorded some tracks that have received airplay on the radio, we're wondering what's the best way of getting our music onto iTunes, Spotify, etc...?

I've had a look and seen that we need a UPC Code.
Can anyone tell me what's the best way of getting one?
Is it best getting a Free one if available or getting a paid one?

Any help would be really appreciated.
