It’s not the most recognizable drum part played in the song; that would clearly be the intro and the other subsequent snare/hi-hat 8th note fills that mimic that intro throughout.
However, the technique Bonham uses in this fill is sweet. He toys with the backbeat unexpectedly when coming out of the fill by placing the backbeat on beat 1 and then crash/accenting on the next 8th note. This throws the listener off temporarily until he breaks back into business as usual on beat 4 of the measure.
