A Fun Build - 6 Beats

By Nate Brown

Each beat below is designed to "build" from the previous beat. The same basic rhythm is used throughout each beat, but the left stick explores varying orchestrations around the kit. When playing hi-hat, it can be difficult to pull off tom strokes. Be sure that your "tom arm" remains under your "hi-hat arm." In other words, a right over left cross-over (if you're playing right-handed).
